Oh, wow! I cannot wait to see what happens, what you create, how you change...all of it! How long with you be there? The place I long for is a little island called Bequia. I miss the water and the sand and the way of life like I would miss air if it was taken away. I have never been to Belize, but it is on the list! Congratulations to you for geting to make a dream come true!

congratulations on your stay in Belize...I envy you. Create on!

Oh Ana, I love Belize! I have wonderful memories of staying in a thatched hut casita on Ambergris Caye. I love the managroves and the people. It was a wonderful, wonderful time. I will say that some of those water taxi's make me pretty nervous. Alot of them have no running lights and it's all a disaster waiting to happen.

Now I'm homesick for Belize, stuck sitting in a cornfield in Illinois. I guess I should bloom where I'm planted.

Hi Anahata-
I stopped by the Papaya booth today in NYC to place an order and say hello (I took your class at Art Nest) and heard about your move. How wonderful to actually do it, take the time for yourself and your art and not just dream about it. I especially admire that you are confident walking away from your business, something I am a struggling with. It seems that the business that was inspired by my creativity has sapped me of it in some ways...I'm inspired by your priorities.
Much luck!

Can I come too!! I am soooo happy for you! I too am trying to figure out how I can make an escape!

Take care, and can't wait to read your updates of your experiences, it will keep me motivated to continue
to make plans...!

There is a special place the soul longs to be . . . if we listen it will guide us there, and we will expand and grow in the immersion! Best of luck!

We can only really make our own dreams come true, have a really fantastic time!

Is that wonderful wonder/belief quote available as a print anywhere??? I love it!

Vaya con dios! I feel a leap coming for me, too. I just need to take a period of rest and contemplation first. Isn't that always how it is? May color bloom all around you.

nikki hardin

you inspire me to stop deferring dreams.

I am green with envy! An island escape to dream, release, create!!! OMG, that is what I want so very much. I am looking forward to your updates, posts, inspiration, creativitiy. The quote is wonderful, loved it!!

Please, please......Pahleez....continue the blog as best you can while away in your little slice of paradise. I have come to relish your sharing of color, light, inspiration and ideas on a regular basis over the past couple of years! Logging in while savoring my morning coffee begins my day with a touch of whimsy, a shot of (very necessary!) caffiene fueled energy and a glimmer of the day's possibilities that lie ahead.

Enjoy your time away and please keep sharing!

It sounds glorius and exciting - I wish you the best time. I'll look forward to see more of your beautiful work.

Oh, how lucky you are! Good Luck!

What a wonderful thing to do and I'm sure you will find such inspiration and new direction while there. I would love to be able to do just that but am afraid I'm years away from taking the leap. Right now I'm working on baby steps and just getting my artwork into stores around the area. :)

Enjoy your creative time in your special place!

Good for you!! I can't wait to see the artwork you create from your Belize sojourn....
