Well as much as I appreciate our American summers, it just simply cannot compare to a pink shack on the Caribbean. I will be in Belize for the next month eating fresh fish, drinking rum and pineapple, painting in my room and riding my bike like a big happy nerd.
It's been four years since I have been back there so I am looking forward to every minute of it.
I'm hoping to figure out how to blog from there. But I may experience some technical difficulties. Wishing you all a wonderful summer start and we'll be in touch as soon as I figure out how to cross the internet/island divide. (If you have retreat inquiries regarding Bali or Italy I will still have email. anahataart@mac.com or you can contact PaPaYa! at 1-888-488-0638 xoxoxox...
Have a simply marvelous vacay! (c'mon, how could you not?!?!) fish, rum, fresh pineapple AND the carribean. Whoo.Hoo!! I am anticipating all the marvelous creations that you will be inspired to whip up on your adventure. Bon Voyage!!!

All ready to book those tix to Belize myself yesterday, but not sure I'll have a job after the end of the month. My horoscope said to watch my money in July, so I'll be vacationing vicariously through you! Looks like you might be on Cayo Caulker? Bring back pix, smells, sounds, tastes and art. I'm counting on you, Anahata!

It's really funny because the moment I saw the photo, before I read anything, I said to myself..."Belize"!!
Have a great time. We loved it. Ambergris Caye and Caye Cauker. Fabulous.

Oh what a lovely little shack. I am so envious of you. Bali is one of my "fantasy" get-aways. I would love to see that wonderful island and experience what I have seen so many blog about myself. Do have fun and take plenty of photos to share with us here in blogland.
Peace and Blessed Be,
Teresa aka Tess

Wow, Belize! My sister and her family were there for a month last year and she sent me many pictures and a "diary" of her trip. Someday I hope to go! Thanks for your blog on your experience!
