I'm nursing a freak back injury. I threw my back out but have been having muscle spasms that feel as intense as labor! It's been wild. But today I can sit up and so I've been watching Flora Bowley's e-course, watercoloring (pretty flowers that where delivered!) and watching movies. My injury happened while I was too excited to convert the new cottage into studio! So I'm finding ways to harness the time since I have to be still. And indeed enjoying the creative time as best I can and trying not to think of all those giant new canvases and easels waiting for me in the cottage. I'm also making "deals" in my head with my body. "Ok body. When we get better lets start private pilates training, yoga...anything so this NEVER happens again!"
