Still Pluggin away over here on some new Birthday designs. They will eventually become non-birthday goodies too. But we always start with cards. This above version has no extra words. But here's my thinking originally. My humor's a little left field so let me know what you'd prefer!
I think the words are better, The words make the sunglasses make sense, otherwise they are distracting.

The artwork is gorgeous either way but personally I prefer the second version with the words.

I like the words! Both what they say and how they're laid out.

Love the words, but put them on the inside of the card.

I like the words version but it "Your" future is so bright, not "You're" which essentially is "you are" :)
Sorry, just the proofreader in me coming out.
Fun artwork!

No words let the flowers stand out more...but I do like the phrase, I love your sense of humor! I've never been one to give cards but now I always buy your cards for people. Unique and awesome!

I like the words. Have you tried laying them out differently. Maybe have them at the top and justified to the left. Just an idea.

With the words, absolutely. Makes the card cuter. But yeah, the spelling needs adjustment. Just sayin'.

i vote for words. it looks a little empty without. the words pulls it together and adds a bit of humor. i like it!

I love it with words!

I like it better without. I think the message doesn't quite fit the occasion. Maybe it would work better for a graduation card?
Posted by: Swa | April 30, 2010 at 12:32 PM
Definitely WITH the words! But, am thinking the black color is a little harsh. Also, maybe play with size and make the top line type a little larger, or even overlap the type or break it into three lines? The upper left corner seems too bare for my taste and look of words should blend just a little more visually with rest of artwork. ** LUV your work!
