Good Morning USA
I'm finally back from my travels and working at adjusting to being home again. I had such a wonderful time and like always Belize left a deep impression on me.
With good friends there it is as much for me about the landscape as it is all the dynamic and interesting people. "Village life" is in full swing there and I already miss it terribly.
I'm sending a huge thank you to all the lovely folks
who I was able to spend time with and who made my time in Belize simply magic.
I'm not sure what this winter holds for me but I can say for sure that I will be spending part of it in this lovely place full of crazy folks and big hearts.
I'm not ready to let go of the tropics and there is so much more to digest there. So here's to painting in the caribbean this year and a fresh perspective!
I'm back at the studio as well for those of you who emailed me. I will be returning emails this week. Thanks for waiting through the long break! xoxoxoxo, Anahata

Looks like you had a grand trip! I've never been to Belize, but my family says it's wonderful. I can see, by these pictures, that they're right :)

I love Belize. It was one of the best places I've ever visited.

That should read PALM FROND hat.
